An immature Brown-headed Cowbird tells an adult male Common Yellowthroat that it's time to eat
in Sharon Woods Metro Park near Columbus, Ohio. Cowbirds lay eggs in nests of other birds and
leave the responsibility for raising the baby to the other bird. That's why this very stressed Yellowthroat
is tending to an immature bird much larger than the adult Yellowthroat. Additional wildlife photos are in my Birds and Animals gallery.
