Interesting to see. I'm a Brit but don't recognise him. But I wonder if it someone not generally known to the public, but high ranking. For example, an ambassador or senior member of the Royal Household.

That's a great capture. I'd love to know who this visitor is.......must be quite important to be in this lovely carriage.
