Now it’s iris time

Suddenly all the many irises in our tree box and backyard are blooming. This iris has always been my favorite, but I wasn’t sure it would make an appearance since last year we dug up the entire tree box, which was incredibly overcrowded, and replanted only some of the bulbs. Luckily this was one of them.
