Tim saw this underpass a while back, but it’s been far too cold to go down there to take pictures. Today it was a high of 36 F, which seemed like a heat wave given the brutal temperatures we’ve had for the past month, so we finally went and got some pictures of the decorated walls. I had to shoot from the opposite sidewalk because the street was just too busy to get any closer, and unfortunately there was no information posted about the artwork, although Kimchi Juice created this mural.
