On temple/shrine grounds, Nikko

I found a picture of this structure on the UNESCO World Heritage Site webpage for Nikko (and nowhere else), but for some odd reason they don’t identify it anywhere. In any case, I thought it was quite attractive.

As Daniel suggested, this could very be on the grounds of Toshogu Shrine; just wish I could confirm it somehow!
