Salwa Palace, At-Turaif

Actually, this is only one part of the ruins since the site is enormous, but it’s a section that’s been restored and is open to the public.

*****

The At-Turaif district of Old Diriyah was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2010. Diriyah was the original home of the Saudi royal family and served as the capital of the first Saudi dynasty from 1744 to 1818.
