Gypsy gets into the cherry blossom spirit

The National Cherry Blossom Festival sponsors a contest every year called “Petal Porches” and gives awards for the most nicely decorated gardens and houses in DC. Gypsy was more festive in previous years, but at least the tenants in the house make an effort to dress her up a bit.

Great to see Gypsy again, but she's not as well decorated as in days of old. I don't think a pink tutu around her neck will win the cherry blossom contest. Still, her owners at least did something. Has a new family taken over her care?
