Enjoying the cherry blossoms

Even on a weekday morning, there were still a lot of people walking around the Tidal Basin taking in the cherry blossoms, but not nearly as many as on the weekend, when it’s difficult to make any progress on the path. And although the road going along the water was crowded, at least it wasn’t gridlocked, like it is on the weekends.
