Interesting cast of characters

A new mural, part of “NoMa in Color,” sponsored by the NoMa (North of Massachusetts Avenue) Business Improvement District. The DC Walls Mural Festival used to take place at this venue, along the Metropolitan Branch Trail in Eckington, but apparently that has been replaced with this event.
