‘Dream Loud’

We saw this mural in a parking lot in Baltimore. Dream Loud is an official nonprofit and campaign to help save the art and music programs in schools. Noisy Tenants, referred to under “Learn More,” is an “independent creative agency living at the intersection of Community Engagement, Space-making and Storytelling. Dream Loud - make it real.”
