On the wrong side of the alley

The other day there were something like five grackles in our next-door neighbor’s back yard, the first time I’ve ever seen them on this side of the alley. Luckily this one was nice enough to steer clear of most (but not all!) of the branches and twigs so I could get a shot of him.
