This sign refers to the possibility (and hope of fans) that Dan Snyder, the current owner of the Washington Commanders football team, will sell the team and get out of everybody’s lives. His ownership has been controversial, with accusations of a toxic workplace culture leading to a congressional investigation, financial improprieties and the lack of success of the team. He is also unpopular with the owners of other National Football League teams, who are considering removing him from ownership if he doesn’t sell.

We thought it was funny to see the sign on a street near our house. The Commanders used to be the Washington Redskins, thus the feather (referring to Native Americans) on the sign.
