The rest of the former Wendy’s

The D.C. Walls Festival 2022 took place in September, and one of the projects was to paint murals on all the exterior walls of this Wendy’s, which has been closed down and will be demolished due to its location on a dangerous traffic circle.

This is a shot of two more sides of the building; see below/previous picture for the rest of it.

Another view of Wendy’s, posted earlier:

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly unsharp.

An interesting juxtaposition between the colorful building and barbed wire. V

At least it looks good until it's gone. Better than an eyesore. V

So odd that someone would spend all that time knowing it will be torn down.

So, that colourful artwork is purely ephemeral, At least people get to enjoy the art for awhile, and get great photos like this one. V

Seems a shame to demolish Wendy's after the beautiful paint job.
