Old and new, NYC

As Tim titled this shot. They do seem to have some beautiful old buildings in the city, although I’m not sure I’d want to live in the midst of all those skyscrapers.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly unsharp.

A beautiful capture, with someone from the Matrix hiding behind that plant!

I'm glad to see at least a little bit of nature in the megatropolis!

Beautiful capture of the Helmsley Building bathed in light. The Met Life building behind it was the Pan Am Building when I lived in NYC and it had a helipad on top. V

I love how he captured the gentleman behind those leafy fronds.

New York fizzes with activity that never seems to stop, but it is too busy for me and tooooo many skyscrapers, though it is enduringly fascinating. Love this shot with the graceful old building to the fore. V

NYC is a place I like to visit for sure, and then go home. Good composition from Tim.

Yup, that’s NYC! Lots to see and do there but I don’t think I could live in there. V
