Monarch at work

Seen at Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens in Northeast DC. It was the only butterfly I saw during our three or so hours there.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly unsharp.

Beautiful image on swamp milkweed, a favorite of monarchs. I hope it left some eggs and came back later and left some.
