‘Kids One’ police car comes to Lincoln Park

I managed to catch this unusual police car a second before it turned into our park, where a police/community event was under way. Apparently it’s driven by MPD officer James Thomas, better known as “The Hammer,” and is a Ford Excalibur. It also had loud music blaring from the windows.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
