Posing for pictures

The downy woodpecker I saw last week flitting between the trees and never staying still was back on Sunday in my next-door neighbor’s yard hoping to get some suet. This time he didn’t seem to mind posing for a few pictures.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.

One can clearly see how woodpeckers can hanging on to things: those sharp claws and that tail for balance.
