Saturday is the annual Cherry Blossom Parade, the first time it’s been held in several years, down Constitution Avenue. I wanted a picture of the National Archives dressed up for the celebration, but this was the closest I could get due to the entire sidewalk being closed off by bleachers. The traffic wasn’t too cooperative, either.
