We haven’t seen my friend the great blue heron at Constitution Gardens for a year and a half. We had looked everywhere for him a number of times and finally gave up, until today, when Tim caught sight of him hiding in the reeds in a part of the lake we probably wouldn’t have gone to had we been able to park somewhere closer. What a treat it was to see him again!
