Gypsy the cow in her latest getup

Gypsy hasn’t been dressed up recently, which was surprising, but on Saturday she looked like this. Is this supposed to be Dorothy?

A definite resemblance to Dorothy and I see what appears to be a road of yellow bricks in front of her red slippers. It would seem an adventure is in the offing.
