Back to Beirut, once known as “The Paris of the Middle East” due to its fusion of East and West, tradition and modernity, proving itself to be a hub of art and fashion in better times.
This was taken from a helicopter. Tim said it was a French aircraft with small windows, but I think he got a good overview of the city.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.
