A water lily in one of the exotic varieties pools (the petals are quite different from the more common types). A month earlier the pools were empty; this time we found a few exotic lilies along with a couple of frogs.

We’ve now been to the Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens twice in the past month after keeping away during the worst (or the previous worst) of the pandemic. In addition to them being stunningly beautiful, it’s nice to see so many people there enjoying nature.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.
