Just when people thought things were getting back to "normal" in DC, another attack at the US Capitol occurred this afternoon. A driver rammed his car into two police officers at a barrier on Constitution Avenue, then exited the car brandishing a knife and was shot dead on the spot by US Capitol Police officers. One officer -- William ‘Billy’ Evans, an 18-year veteran -- later died at the hospital; there’s no news yet on the second officer injured in the incident.
