Passing by

I can’t even remember where this mural was located, but we happened to see it when passing by. It’s a pity about all the graffiti at the base of it, but I thought the rest of it was nice looking.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.

Nice underwater Mural and a completer composition.
Looks like the Mural artist is getting some competition
from local artist.
They usually do there art on over passes and railroad corridors.
Looks like a health spa next door.
