A long fence in the NoMa district was covered with these “Wear a mask” signs (what caught our attention was the one with the dog). I’ve heard that Washington, D.C., is the most mask-wearing city in the US, and a July study by The New York Times would seem to support that. In one part of Northeast DC, where we live, there was an 86% chance everyone was wearing a mask in five random encounters, as 97% of the respondents said they “always” or “frequently” wear masks. And in our travels all over the city looking for murals, I can’t remember seeing a single person out on the street without one.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.
