Avoid this kind of packing peanuts at all costs!

We received a box of late Christmas presents from Tim’s mother, who had warned us about the “aggressive” packing peanuts in the box. I must say I have never seen anything like that stuff – not only would it not shake off the presents and bows, it stuck to Tim’s hand and wouldn’t come off. When he did manage to remove some, it literally jumped back on his hand. There was no way we could even empty the box; we finally had to put it and all the predatory peanuts into a giant trash bag for the city to dispose of.

I jumped at the chance to use the new iPhone Tim got me for Christmas, thus this silly picture ;-).

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.

Unlikely dinner on the Metropolitan Branch Trail, posted earlier:

At first I didn't understand this photo - I mean what is going on around Tim's left hand? Thanks for the explanation below. :) V

Great shot of this scourge.

Banish styrofoam peanuts! I'm surprised they haven't been outlawed already... The shot made me laugh though.

Fun capture of Tim. Wintertime static plays havoc with packing peanuts.

I have gone a few rounds with those things myself. It's like magic. Great photo of Tim and the magic beans from Hell. V

A new toy for you to play with and it takes great pictures.

A pain in the neck, but at least you got to try out your new phone camera.

I hate those things. They are impossible to get of. You must have the most amazing things in your cabinets from your travels. The photo of Tim from the new phone looks great. V
