Finally!

I know this doesn’t look like much, but we haven’t had snow for a long time in DC, and today we got some, much to everybody’s delight. Unfortunately it’s raining now and all the snow is melting, but it was nice while it lasted.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.

‘Tis the season, posted earlier:

Dustings are nice and you don't have to shovel them :-)

Just a dusting but enough to make it seem like Christmas time. Love the little tree! V

Nice! You have more snow than we do. We got about 4 inches back in October, then about 4 more in mid November. Now it is all gone.

How nice. Makes it seem a bit more Christmassy.

A nice wintry feel in the air. The bare tree branches are fascinating.

Worth a picture for sure Helen. We get lots of snow, which makes for some spectacular scenes and images.

a brief taste is certainly preferable to rain, and adds sweet accents to the view..

The dusting is so beautiful. We have little snow here, but it is cold, -14, windchill of -22. Would rather have some snow! V

Nice shot. I like to see it go.

It looks like a pleasant dusting.

Is that what you call a Snowmageddon in DC? ;)
Cool shot with the flakes coming down.

You call that snow! Lordy, come here, then you'll know what snow is like ... and not to anyone's delight either! It's minus 16 Celsius BTW ... but glad you enjoyed the little dusting you had, I'm sure Sahraa loved it!
