One of the few

Another flower in my favorite garden on East Capitol Street SE that for some odd reason has not a single insect this summer (and I’ve been by there several times recently). Still, the very few flowers they have growing this year are lovely.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

Helen this a really beautiful flower it has a Zinnia feel but it is not ,love that center that still is determined to open and complete the beauty nicely.
