‘Parking Lot Pickup’ Mountain Band

Seen on East Capital Street while trying (unsuccessfully) to take a picture for the Capitol Hill Historic Sites walking tour.

The sign on the gate read: “‘Parking Lot Pickup’ Mountain Band. Hoping to put a smile on your face, as you walk by! (Please don’t gather!)”

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
