Punk starling

Taken at the Supreme Court building. I thought this was the same starling that looked like it was trying to cool off in the previous picture http://pbase.com/helenpb/image/170784854, but now I’m not so sure.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
