The police cordoned off the benches at Lincoln Park, I guess because people tend to congregate around them. I heard they ultimately took the crime scene tape down and will just make sure people don’t gather at them. I later found out from Tim that the reason for closing the benches off is if you're sitting on a bench and somebody passes by too closely, you're unable to back up and get out of their way.
Poor Sahraa is used to coming up behind her friends sitting there and couldn’t understand why it was empty.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
