Until today, Lincoln Park had served as a refuge, albeit a far too crowded one, for our Capitol Hill neighborhood, but Tim saw this sign early this morning while taking Sahraa for a walk. My neighbor walked past there later and said there were no barriers up and that there were people in the park. I honestly don’t know what it will take to get people to do their small part to try to slow the spread of this deadly virus. The park is part of the National Park Service, so federal land, and I understand park police are ticketing people if they see them in the park. Maybe that will do it.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
