We got these very cool lights http://twinkly.com to brighten up our crape myrtle in front, and in fact to brighten up our evenings as they’re a lot of fun to play with. There are some 20 patterns and colors you can tell the lights to produce through your smart phone, including sparkling ones in a variety of colors, patterns where a design moves through the string of lights, Christmas-y and Easter-y versions, replications of the American flag and even ones that are reminiscent of the Italian and Spanish flags. You can also create and apply your own designs. I’ve decided to try a different pattern every night; this one is called “Rainbow” in which the colors constantly change and move through the string.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
