The Sultan Ahmed Mosque (aka the Blue Mosque) was constructed between 1609 and 1616 during the rule of Ottoman Sultan Ahmed I. It remains a functioning mosque while also attracting large numbers of tourists.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
