Pergamon was a rich and powerful ancient Greek city and is located on a promontory 16 miles from the Aegean coast and near the modern Turkish city of Bergama. Its theatre dates from the Hellenistic period and is the steepest of all ancient theatres, with its 80th and highest row situated 36 meters (118 feet) above the orchestra pit.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
