Birds or stones?

I once again can’t remember what kind of birds these were, but they were so small it was hard to tell them from the rocks on shore. Taken from the Osprey while cruising the Cape May marshlands.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
