Wildlife on the DQ

Not the sharpest picture as Tim said the bird was pretty far away, but I had never seen anything like this in Saudi Arabia and thought it was interesting. Anybody know what kind of bird this is?

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
