Tim's building

During our time in Riyadh, Tim was the driving force behind getting a new headquarters built for the Saudi-US partnership organization he directed. When we left it was just a huge construction site, and now it’s nearing completion.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
