Opposing forces

The last of the ducks for now. We weren’t able to stop by the gardens last weekend, and I probably won’t be able to go this coming weekend, either, but whenever we get there I’ll be interested to see who stuck around through the arctic weather. It will be close to 70 this week.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

they are hardy and can indeed last out cold weather....it is sub-zero on the coast at the moment and mallards are still here..
