Hot pursuit

One of these seagulls had found something, which caused quite an uproar when he landed in the reflecting pool in front of the US Capitol. I had photographed the altercation in the water, but Tim got them before they landed.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
