The other old standby

The US Capitol is always a good subject for a picture. I find it amazing that it turns different colors at various times of the day. This was shot in late afternoon sun, but as soon as the sun starts to set, the building turns pink and then orange.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
