An old Victorian on A Street NE that has one of the infamous “pop-ups” that pop up all over the Hill, meaning they add another story that usually doesn’t complement the original building very well and in fact is often considered an eyesore.

Fall came very late to Capitol Hill this year due to unseasonably warm temperatures until the end of October and rain all summer long. The Washington Post had, in fact, called the color "muted," so I set out to prove them wrong and also show off the Victorian houses that host the trees.
