Kaleidoscope of color

One of my favorite bird trees on our block. Unfortunately, there weren’t any birds there when I took this.

*****

Fall came very late to Capitol Hill this year due to unseasonably warm temperatures until the end of October and rain all summer long. The Washington Post had, in fact, called the color "muted," so I set out to prove them wrong and also show off the Victorian houses that host the trees.

Don't need a bird in this tree, it's beautiful and so colorful by itself :))
