I spied this guy while at the Kavanagh protest at the US Capitol, home of the US Congress. They must be painting the dome of the capitol.

I think you're right, so many of your wonderful monuments seem to be in need of an urgent upkeep, like the Lincoln memorial etc., that guy must have an increadible from there, I guess he got up in his job!
