Aquatic gardens under water

We went back to the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens (whose wildlife and flowers we’ve photographed several times before) on Saturday with a friend who has never been there and was thrilled to finally go. Unfortunately, the rivers are so high here due to all the rain we’ve had, the entire place was under water and all the paths were closed off. What a disappointment for all of us!

Wow, you have had quite the downpour! I shish we could average out the East Coast and California. That would probably be just about right. Great view, here. V

What a shame it had to be under water.. You still managed a nice image though!

I guess they should have factored in climate change when they built this even though there is no such thing. Tongue and cheek!! Nice shot!

Oh dear, that's sad to learn. I guess you would get a little wet traveling to that bench to sit and enjoy the area. Nice reflection though! V
