This historic police station on Capitol Hill was built in 1900 and converted to lofts in 2011.
According to The Washington Times in 2011:
“In the Station, homes have ceilings ranging from 12 to 18 feet high, exposed-brick walls, recessed lighting, 8-foot-tall solid wood doors, decorative trim around interior doors and windows, and baseboard molding. Each home has a two-story master suite and an open kitchen with upgraded appliances, honed-granite counters, custom-designed wood cabinets and undercabinet lighting. The baths have marble tile flooring, a frameless glass shower with subway-style marble tiling and multiple spray options, and elevated wood vanities with undermount sinks.”
