Penthouse, master suite bathroom

The last of the unique bathrooms in the penthouse. This may not look too unusual (except maybe for those basins), but the next picture will!

*******

We attended an open house of the entire Pierce School Lofts building last weekend and were given permission to photograph whatever we wanted.

The Pierce School was built in 1895, bought by the owners in 2000 for $275,000 as a flooded and rodent infested shell and converted to condos in 2005. All the units are for sale, ranging in price from $359,000 to $699,000 for the lower lofts and $3,399,000 for the 9,500 square foot penthouse.

Someone who can afford that probably doesn’t do their own laundry.
Well photographed. You could photograph for a home magazine. V

Totally fabulous! Interesting that it has a urinal in addition to a toilet. Never saw that in a private bathroom. ~BV~

This one is actually kind of nice, though it looks like it also has a washer-dryer? And a urinal? Never thought of having one of those in a home, but as long as it's there, I'm sure it's convenient. V
