Edmonds School (1903) condo conversion

When the Edmonds School was built c. 1903, it served the white community on Capitol Hill. After closing in the 1990s, the property was later occupied by the National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education. In 2014 the schoolhouse was converted to a 24-unit condo building.

Eight studio and one-bedroom configurations were sold at prices ranging from $389,900 to $479,900. The two-bedrooms were priced between $829,900 and $1.1 million.

This schoolhouse conversion is located right across the street from The Sanctuary condos in the historic church, seen in previous pictures. There are some shots of an interior at http://casriegler.com/projects/edmonds-school/

This is really great that they are using these rather than knock them down..
