This house was down the street from the “Halloween House.” Capitol Hill sure seems to go all out for this holiday, but perhaps it’s not surprising since even on our block, which is never decked out like some of these houses, we have an enormous number of trick-or-treaters, bussed in from what I imagine are less affluent parts of Washington. It’s fun, but we always run out of candy way before the waves of kids have died down.
