Spring has sprung

I saw these daffodils in a neighbor’s yard while on my way to the Metro. It has been as high as 70 degrees F in the past week, and everything is starting to bloom. I have a feeling summer will be brutal…

Wow, now that is a spring sign for sure, and a welcome one. I just bought a pot of daffodils, ours won't be out of the ground for another month or more. V

Great to see these so early, at least for us. Love the contrast between the new flowers and the decayed grasses and leaves.
